The Canyon Residences
The Canyon Residences are 51 Vegas Modern homes designed and built by Blue Heron, sited across seven elevated terraces. These three- and four-bedroom residences range from 3,391 to 4,859 square feet, all single-level living. They offer lock-and-leave convenience with dedicated amenities including five pools, two wellness parks, and full access to all Ascaya amenities.
Homesites
Two collections are available. Estate homesites offer lots from half an acre to over two acres, priced from $1 million. The Cloud Rock Collection features 58 homesites at the highest elevations, ranging from 1.6 to 6.64 acres, priced from $2 million, with 360-degree views.
No. Unlike many luxury communities, Ascaya imposes no homesite building timeline requirement and no resale penalties. Purchase when you’re ready and build at your own pace.
Typical timeline from construction commencement to move-in is approximately 18-24 months. The design phase varies depending on the complexity and scale of your vision.
Community & Amenities
Ascaya amenities include a 23,000-square-foot Clubhouse with private dining and fitness facilities, a 50-meter zero-edge pool with Olympic lap lanes, private cabanas, a tennis and pickleball pavilion, a two-acre Family Park with a dog park, and over two miles of private trails.
No. Ascaya amenities are exclusively for residents. There are no resort guests, outside memberships, or public access. This exclusivity preserves privacy and the intimate community atmosphere.
