The Culinary Program

Chef Stephen Johnson leads Ascaya’s culinary program, offering seasonal menus rooted in contemporary American cuisine. Brunch and lunch service are available Thursday – Sunday. Happy hour is served on Thursday and Friday evenings. The bar lounge serves as a natural gathering point, offering views of the pool terrace and the valley beyond.

Private Events & Catering

The Clubhouse offers full-service catering for private celebrations of any size, from intimate dinners to larger gatherings. The culinary team works directly with residents to customize menus and service for every occasion. Event venues within the Clubhouse and on the outdoor terrace are available exclusively to residents and their guests.
