The Private Trail Network

Trails connect residences to the Clubhouse, Family Park, pool terraces, and scenic overlooks with Strip and mountain views. The dedicated Canyon trail loop connects Canyon residents directly to the broader network. Beyond the Gates

Ascaya sits adjacent to Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area, where volcanic landscapes, lava flows, and ancient petroglyphs invite exploration. Red Rock Canyon, a destination for hikers, cyclists, and climbers with hundreds of miles of trails and striking sandstone formations, is a short drive to the west. Lake Mead, with 750 miles of shoreline and year-round access to swimming, boating, hiking, and fishing, lies approximately 35 minutes to the east.
