Clubhouse
The 23,000-square-foot Clubhouse is Ascaya’s centerpiece, designed by Swaback Partners with soaring rooflines and seamless flow to an outdoor terrace overlooking the 50-meter pool. Outfitted by RH, the space houses dining, a bar lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, and versatile event spaces with dramatic Strip views.
Dining
Chef Stephen Johnson leads Ascaya’s culinary program, offering seasonal menus that reflect the best of contemporary American cuisine. Brunch and lunch service are available Thursday – Sunday. Happy hour is served on Thursday and Friday evenings. Private event catering is available for celebrations of any size.
Fitness & Wellness
The 3,000-square-foot fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment, a dedicated movement studio, and designer-finished locker rooms. Personal training and wellness classes are available, with outdoor programming extending the experience beyond the Clubhouse.
Zero-Edge Pool
The zero-edge pool features Olympic-sized lap lanes, private cabanas, and sweeping views of the Las Vegas Valley below. The pool deck is a natural gathering place for residents through every season.
Sports Courts
The Tennis and Pickleball Pavilion offers courts for both sports, with organized play and lessons available. A half-court basketball court provides additional recreation. All courts are lighted for evening play.
Private Trails
Over two miles of private trails wind through the Ascaya community, connecting neighborhoods, amenities, and scenic overlooks. The dedicated trail loop is ideal for a casual stroll to the Family Park or a hearty hike. Adjacent Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area offers wilderness exploration beyond the gates.
Family Park
The two-acre Family Park is unique among luxury communities in Henderson. Set amid desert-inspired sculptures, the park features multiple play structures, a lawn games area, putting green, splash pad, and dedicated dog park. This is where families gather and multigenerational connections flourish.
